Join us for an opportunity designed for wedding and event professionals to experience the property firsthand and gain a clear understanding of our layout, flow, and event-day procedures.
This tour is ideal for:
Vendors who are booked (or in the process of booking) events at the Estate and have not yet visited
Industry professionals interested in becoming more familiar with the property
Any vendor looking to confidently navigate event days at River Run
For vendors working an upcoming event at the Estate, a site visit in advance is required. These semi-annual tours are the most efficient way to prepare, connect with our team, and ensure a seamless experience for your clients.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to coordinate a visit during your client’s scheduled walkthrough or arrange a separate time with the client’s planner/coordinator to review logistics together.
You’ll be guided through the full property, both interior and grounds, while we walk through event flow, vendor access points, and key operational details. Time will be reserved for general questions throughout and at the conclusion of the tour.
Please note:
For event-specific questions (timelines, floor plans, etc.), we kindly ask that you connect directly with the planner or coordinator for that event.
We also encourage you to wear branded attire or a name tag as this is also a great opportunity to connect with fellow vendors.

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
9:45 – 10 AM | Arrival & Check-In
Please park in the gravel lot to the left upon entering the gate, then proceed to the front entrance of the mansion for registration. We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and restrooms prior to the tour start.
10:15 – 11:15 AM | Property Tour
A comprehensive walkthrough of the Estate, including event spaces, grounds, and key logistical points for event execution.
11:15 – 11:30 AM | Final Questions
We’ll conclude with time for general questions about the property and procedures.
This is both a working tour and a moment of connection; an opportunity to step into the experience your clients will have and to move through event days here with clarity and confidence.
