As the Business Operations Coordinator at The Estate at River Run, Zach plays an important role in improving the Estate's day-to-day operations through organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. He is responsible for developing and maintaining the Estate's company-wide asset inventory system, helping create a streamlined process for tracking equipment, supplies, and operational resources across the property.

In his role, Zach manages asset cataloging, maintains detailed inventory records, and provides accurate reporting that supports leadership in making informed operational decisions. His work helps ensure that valuable resources are properly documented, easily accessible, and efficiently managed, contributing to the smooth operation of both daily activities and large-scale events held at the Estate.

Zach's knowledge of River Run extends far beyond his current position. Before joining the business operations team, he spent six years as a Groundskeeper, where he helped preserve the beauty and functionality of the Estate's 62-acre property. During that time, he managed landscaping crews of two to four team members, coordinated outdoor improvement projects, and played a hands-on role in maintaining the pristine grounds that guests experience year-round.

Having worked across multiple areas of the Estate, Zach brings a unique understanding of the property's operations and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. His experience, reliability, and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable member of the River Run team as the Estate continues to grow.
