THEODORE “TEDDY”

The resident rescue, now turned "Estate Dog," became the office companion of our team back in December of 2025. Teddy, the 7-year-old Cockapoo, was adopted into the Moody Family from a Northern Virginia Poodle Rescue Organization. 

Teddy [Roosevelt] has been the perfect addition to our office environment and joins many of our couples on their tours.  Always ready to lend a paw to anyone consuming anything they care to share with him.  Teddy has a sweet temperament and really enjoys nuzzling up to the ladies who come to visit his venue. 

When he isn't working, he enjoys chasing tennis balls, heading up security and squirrels, and of course riding shotgun in the UTV or golf cart, and getting all the belly rubs anyone is willing to take the time to share.
