Holly Harman brings a passion for hospitality, organization, and creating exceptional client experiences to her role as Client Experience & Events Specialist at The Estate at River Run. As a key point of contact throughout the process, Holly serves as a connector between clients, vendors, and the River Run team, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully communicated, organized, and ready for a seamless celebration.
With a background in weddings, events, and hospitality, Holly has spent much of her career creating memorable guest experiences and building meaningful client relationships. Prior to joining River Run, she worked for Chelsea at Illumination Events Studio for several years, where she gained hands-on experience supporting weddings and events across the Richmond area. She has also held wedding venue and hospitality roles in New York that strengthened her love for client service, event operations, and helping create exceptional experiences for both clients and guests.
Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and calm approach to problem-solving, Holly enjoys helping clients feel informed, supported, and excited throughout their experience at River Run. Whether she's answering questions, coordinating communication, or ensuring details are accurately documented, she believes the best celebrations are built on strong relationships and thoughtful communication.
Holly recently made the move back to Virginia from New York to be closer to family and continue pursuing her passion for the events industry. When she's not at River Run, you'll likely find her on a rollercoaster, enjoying a winery with friends, or spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Sydney, who keeps life entertaining both at home and on the go.
