Falon Saint James

Falon brings a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, hospitality, and meaningful connection to every celebration. A natural businesswoman from an early age, Falon was raised by entrepreneurial parents and began working in their businesses as a child—eventually launching her own first venture at just nine years old.

Growing up on a farm, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, creativity, and community. Whether raising animals, participating in 4-H, FBLA, and Junior Toastmasters, or organizing pony shows for local children’s groups and retirement communities, Falon learned early on that the most memorable experiences are rooted in care and intention.

She later earned a degree in Business and Marketing, and went on to design, build, and successfully run her own sandwich shop before transitioning into the hospitality industry. There, she spent 20 years immersed in every facet of the business—from banquets to government contracts—ultimately rising to a regional management role focused on both team development and operational excellence.

At her core, Falon is equally devoted to her family. After marrying and raising three children, she made the intentional decision to homeschool, guiding them toward bright futures—two now serving in the military and one pursuing graduate studies. Her dedication to mentorship extends beyond her own family, having served as a 4-H leader for over 20 years, as well as a volunteer and open show judge.

With a deep appreciation for history shaped by time spent in a South Carolina estate, Falon brings a unique reverence for timeless architecture and storied spaces. She and her daughters enjoy exploring historic towns and antique shops, while time with her son often means searching the shoreline for shark teeth. In the quiet early mornings, you’ll find her in her garden, thoughtfully cultivating beauty inspired by classic, historic landscapes. Falon’s grounded presence, strong leadership, and genuine warmth create an experience that feels both refined and deeply personal—ensuring every guest who walks through the doors of River Run feels not only welcomed, but truly cared for.
