Andrew Moody

Andrew is a numbers guy through and through. He is the one who keeps our company together, the checkbook balanced, and the bills paid on time. 

He's a gentle father, kind-hearted, a sounding board, and a family man. He looks after all of us and keeps things running smoothly, "gently reminding" us of all of the things we are to be doing as if he's an Executive Assistant for all of us in the office.  

With a Degree in Property Management and Minors in Business and Real Estate, Andrew is the perfect caretaker for managing the property for our team. Andrew spends countless hours each week managing the maintenance team and preparing the property for weddings and events, in addition to the responsibilities at his desk as the Director of Finance.

He has spent his career as an Accountant and Bookkeeper for small businesses, and he continues to do so under his own company, "Stewardship Solutions." We are fortunate to have him as a teammate at River Run.  Andrew knows everything there is to know about all of the software and operating systems in the office, as well as all of the mechanical and water systems throughout the property. Our resident "pool boy" - he's always taking care of anything our hired tradespeople might miss or scheduling them as needed.  

This guy used to be crazy about Hokie Football, as an alumnus of Virginia Tech. In his younger "child-free" years, Andrew attended a few games each season for many years after College. These days, he is lucky to catch a game or two a year on TV from his living room.  Life has a funny way of working out.  This full-fledged "numbers guy" with a property management background now spends 110 hours a week on average taking care of everything inside and out of this beautiful property.
